To navigate this document, press the right or left arrow keys to move forward or backward by chapter. To jump to a particular chapter use any one of the following methods:
• Click on the button below.
• Choose a chapter from the “Contents” menu. For a more detailed list, choose “Table of Contents” from the same menu (or click on the small icon in the lower left of this window).
• Use the command keys listed in the “Contents” menu.
